Flor comes from the owners of Lyles in East London, awarded a Michelin star just 18 months after opening, and named in 2018 among the World’s 50 Best Restaurants. When designing Flor, we wanted to bring the expertise of chef James Lowe & his team to a more casual setting, conceived as a thoughtful interpretation of today’s wine bars. The result was a design representing the backroom of Lyles, a space their staff would head when it’s time to unwind.
