The Morris Project created tasting rooms for today's wine enthusiast, where the love for wine is as much about the experience as it is about the taste. We completed a VIP Tasting Room ,Main Tasting Room, Gardens and Outdoor Kitchen.

Burgess is an environmentally progressive winery, low on intervention and high on quality, run by CEO and Master Sommelier, Carlton McCoy. The design was created to be in harmony with nature, reminiscent of a classic South of France farmhouse winery where there is a connection to the land, and the tastings feel like an informal gathering with the family.
