Our team was excited when we were asked to design Seed+Mill, a kiosk at Chelsea Market and “the only store in the country dedicated solely to sesame seed products.” The brief was to conceive a corner that reflected Middle Eastern warmth without being caricatural, that did not resemble most NY food kiosks, and that avoided the usual ultra sleek and sterile designs.
